The proposed changes for Shield boosters are overall bad imho, While the gist boosters are already good, pith boosters are getting a major nerf, prices already dropped to almost nothing and no one will ever use those after 1.1. Please reconsider...

To understand why rattlesnake is so bad try this: take an ishtar fit capable to solo up to DED 8 complexes with only T2 or cheap faction items and you'll and up easily with 550/600+ DPS (there are many around) now try to do the same with the RS....
